Self-help books

Started to pick up the interest in reading self-help books which i relate to 'if everything fail to help,maybe by reading will '. Borrowed a book from the library@ Orchard recently just after my gym session.

The title caught my attention. It is called 'Happiness is FREE and its easier than you think' . Not very interesting though but i managed to complete it after 3 days.

There is a paragraph which i wanted to pen it down in my blog before i returned the book to where its belong.

' Letting go of desire is to allow yourself to let go of wanting to change what is and allow yourself to accept it as it is as best as you can, You can even ask yourself the question:' Can i let go of wanting to change this and allow it to be as it is?' The more you accept things as they are, the more you will discover the freedom that is always here and always available to you just waiting for you to acknowledge it.'
